Application:

With different dosing system form bags and fill mostly granules, powder and liquid products, such as peanuts, candies, cookies, potato chips, rice, sugar, beans, dried fruit, pet food, ground coffee, milk, detergent powder, shampoo, ketchup, spices etc into the bags, seal it.

Principal Features:

• Full Synchronization for most kinds of dosing units, like Volumetric Cup, Multi-Heads Scale (Weigher), Linear Scale (Weigher), Auger Filler, Piston Filler etc. to reach dosing, forming, filling, sealing, marking/coding swiftly, accurately, and reliably in automatic.
• SIEMENS PLC / Omron PLC (Option for system have more than 2 servo) & 5.7" 256 Color Touch-Screen with simple menu-based interface. Up to 100 Programs storage and retrieval function.
• With Engineer Level and Worker Level program setup, avoid the setting be overwrite by mistake.
• Servo driven with vacuum film transport system with pneumatic film pulling wheel locking system.
• Adjustable horizontal dwell time for better seal for different film materials.
• Film length registered by photo sensor or encoder; ensure accuracy for each pull as length set up in programs.
• Simple and fast bag size changeover with one-piece forming sets.
• Independent temperature adjustment to suit different film materials.
• Safety guard to stop machine in case of the hurting risks.
• Full configuration for heat-seal materials (PE/BOPP, CPP/BOPP, CPP/PET, PE/NYLON), option for single layer Polyethylene (PE) or both heat-seal material and single layer Polyethylene (PE)
• Standard with white powdered electrostatic baked paint and stainless steel S/S304 for all product contact parts, for special request S/S316 stainless steel for products contact parts, or whole S/S304 or S/S316 Stainless Steel and Aluminum Parts Construction
• Standard with EPC system (Electric Position Correction) adjust film to former center at front of the machine
